How long will it take to receive my order?

For all our ready made (Ready To Wear), we will endeavour to dispatch all orders and have them with you within 7 days (UK Mainland - for other zones please contact us. For made to order pieces please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery, to ensure you have your piece in good time for your big day. 

I am concerned about receiving a hat in the post, please could you tell me how it is protected?

Your headwear will be wrapped in tissue paper within a covered hat box. Smaller headpieces will get appropriate packaging to protect them, for example - extra tissue around the detail.

I don't see a particular colour or style on your website, can you help?

Yes! We offer a bespoke service and can colour match any outfit via our Create With Us service.

Do you offer refunds?

I’m afraid we can not offer refunds however if you are not completely satisfied with your order please use our contact form to discuss and we will see what we can do to help.
